We all know them; those customers whose interactions just don’t flow like we want them to. Customers who seem agitated, abrupt, or stubborn. In this Hot Topic session, we dive into this customer group, to understand what can drive behavior like this, and which practical tools we can use to deal with them more effectively.

Our inaugural YSN award dinner and networking event will be taking place at The Jam House, Birmingham on June 27th 2024. The winner of this year’s YSN Operator Member of the Year will be announced during the evening, and we have a great evening planned for you. The event location and timing fits nicely with the SSA UK Golf Day, which is the following day in neighbouring Sutton Coldfield.
